List your Business

If you’d like to list your business for free with Made by Parents, please read over some basic information here and fill out the form below!

Perks of listing your business on Made by Parents:

  • The blog post highlighting your business will be optimized for search engines and as Made by Parent’s search engine popularity increases, so will the link to your site.
  • This is totally free for the business owner, but ad space is available for those who want a little more exposure.
  • A simple questionnaire, emailed to Amy (the administrator of Made by Parents) is all you need to do to be highlighted in a post!
  • Flickr photos tagged “madebyparents” will show up in the photostream in the sidebar (show off your products!)
  • There’s no gender requirement nor do you have to be a work at home parent – just being a parent and owning a small business is it!
  • Invite your customers to leave a review (comment) about your business!

Criteria for inclusion:

  • Business must be owned by a parent – mom, dad, step parent, grandparent taking care of grandkids, etc
  • Less than 5 employees
  • No adult content
  • Functional website
  • Working email
  • No spam, schemes, gimmicks, etc.

Additional advertising: If you’d like to place a 125×125 ad in our upper right sidebar for additional exposure, you can do so for just $3/month. Send an email to admin@madebyparents.com – you’ll need to provide a 125×125 ad for your business and let us know how long you’d like to run your ad for, then you will be invoiced through PayPal. If you purchase 3 months ($9), you will get an extra month free! You must already be listed with Made by Parents – no outside or non-parent owned companies allowed.
